I am hovering at 154. I need to eat less. So...I'm going to make the following commitments: 1) I'm going to stop drinking my calories--just water, tea, and black coffee for me. 2) I'm going to stay within my calorie allotment of 1600 calories everyday. 3) I'm going to walk an hour every day. -Deb
