Also sounds crazy but I bought peppermint oil and the smell of peppermint curbs my appetite or chew peppermint gum after meal. Trains ur body to know okay I am done with my food and I am done eating until my next meal.

CHIA SEEDS AND DRINK A FULL GLASS OF WATER BEFORE MY MEAL I put chia seeds and ground flax in my plain Greek yogurt. Sweeten with a tiny bit of stevia or (small!!) amount of honey !! So filling

Soooo true! Find an activity you and enjoy and burn those calories! You don't have to fit your workout into a cookie cutter program! Do what works for you and your body!

MFP helps! Having a gym buddy who I work with really makes me be accountable! Also, if I fall off I allow myself to feel sorry for myself for one day then get off my arce and workout because the workouts give me endorphins! Remember it is not the destination, it's the journey!

Just keep trying! You are not good at running distance because you have never pushed yourself there! We are in the same place! I'll add ya as a friend and we can motivate eachother!! I so badly want to be able to keep my high speed up for distance, but I keep doing it and continue to break my own records!

Morbidly obese- hell yes! Only fair since being morbidly obese cause so many health issues over time that are preventable for the most part if you start eating better and moving even a little. My main goal is to tone up, lose fat, and fuel my body with Whole Foods! I don't really eat anything processed besides I guess my protein shake (lean whey - musclesport) I am not super strict. Usually between 20-30 carbs. It's hard but I'm committed to success.

Cardio is boring etc... however there is something good for your mental being that cardio at least gives me. Just that I don't have to think too much and get dopamine and lose weight... sweat out toxins. Weight training you have to take breaks to recover. But yes I think it can be boring....

I've lost about 100 you can do you I promise! Eventually the hopelessness leaves and u feel power to get through it. Remember it didn't take a day, week, month to gain the weight so it won't take a day, month, week to lose it!!
