Extreme surge pre workout

Okay my trainer freaked me out saying people will sell women pre workouts with testosterone... does this one have testosterone???

    There's nothing sold (legally) over the counter that has any testosterone in it. Testosterone is a controlled (prescription-only) substance. Anything that was found to have Test in it would quickly be pulled from the shelves and the manufacturers would probably face stiff fines for it.

    Most of the BS on nutrition supplement labels is just that - BS.

    [ETA:] If you simply Google the product, the first result that comes up is the manufacturer's page, where they list all the ingredients in their pre-workout.

    If we were able to buy testosterone over the counter i don't think people would be spending thousands on buying steroids illegally.

    In any case, there are some substances in pre-workouts that aren't tolerated well by people like caffeine which can cause anxiety, beta-alanine can cause an uncomfortable tingle, L-arginine can cause worsening asthma and abdominal pain, etc. it's also possible to get a rash from some of these ingredients.
