Welcome!
It all depends what your goals are. Set a distinct vision for your future fitness goals and shape your lifestyle around that. I've found that when I don't have an exact goal in mind, I don't have the same intensity. What are your goals? There are plenty of people more than happy to help.
As for Keto, that's different with everyone. My body responds terribly to super low carbs. I usually diet with moderate carbs, high protein, and very low fat.

Well currently I am sticking to complex carbs but limiting my intake. High protien and healthy fats(avocado, eggs, nuts, fish) but I wonder if this is good for my amount of fitness and need to tone/build muscles. I am open to any and all tips0

I don't do keto but like stevet621, my body doesn't do well with super low carbs. I reduce carbs when I am cutting but never go super low on them. Best of luck with all your goals.0

I am currently doing low carb (not always strictly within keto ranges, but typically under 30 g per day). I don't feel well with my fats being overly high, so while I do get adequate amount of fat, I tend to choose a high protein ratio. I lift 3-4 times per week as well, with some cardio mixed in, although sometimes what that actually means is that I walk the dogs for an hour lol.
It's certainly possible to do both and have good results! Just make sure to listen to your body - it doesn't work for everyone, but I know that I feel a lot better doing this combination. Pay special attention to the amount of calories you're getting and that they match your overall goals, as it can be really easy to under or over eat on keto.
My only other tip is to avoid any of the fad "low carb" products and keep doing what it sounds like you already are, just focus on eating REAL, high quality food. The convenience items can be really tempting but they're totally full of garbage and are incredibly over priced.
Good luck!!0 -
My main goal is to tone up, lose fat, and fuel my body with Whole Foods! I don't really eat anything processed besides I guess my protein shake (lean whey - musclesport) I am not super strict. Usually between 20-30 carbs. It's hard but I'm committed to success.0
