  • Sorry that I've not been on, today's my first time logged my food and my first time to be under 1200 kcal. Didn't get a chance to exercise, but I am ready to be on track. Hope you don't mind me startinf late.

  • Our family started road trip today. Hubby and I brought a cooler, eat breakfast at hotel, prepare a meal (picnic style) and eat another meal outside (I picked grilled shrimp salad, yum!). So far I am doing well, loggd everything and barely under calorie limit, plus we walked for hours in Historic district. So 3 Yes for me
  • Yes (swimming lesson) Yes (eating tons of vegetables!) Yes (hard to remember all when I am now munching on different veggies and healthy snacks throughout the day, but trying hard)
  • No exercise (Planned to swim, but cancelled by tornado warning and bad weather) Maybe for calorie (I need to jot down right after each meal, may have forgotten some) Try my best logging everything after long day...... In general, it can be better... need to have a plan B with exercise and need to log more often.
  • No (should have planned earlier) Yes (started with eating 3 cups of gourmet popcorn as breakfast, but chose raw veggies and hummus instead of chips/desserts at dinner) Yes 3 goals for tomorrow:Need to drink more water, avoid having temptations at home and really have to plan exercise in.
  • Yes (swim/play with my kiddo) Yes (aware of what I need instead of what I want) Yes! Feels good to be back (mentally)... huge difference when mind and body are on the same page!
  • I would love to learn horseback riding in near future. Joined this group a while back but I have been off the wagon, today is my first day back and I want to just start here and keep the momentum going! Yes, Yes and Yes! I started swimming lesson today and ready to swim as my exercise!
