last day of the month!!! 60min zumba (my favorite) well tracked and within my calories. shall look forward to a better june.

t25 beta week 1 day 2. sweating more than i did for alpha, love that feeling! also loving my new garmin that tells me how much i burn and how hard my heart worked. all tracked and pretty sure it's within! yea~ looking forward to june. perhaps will start throwing in some weight lifting sessions. hmmm

yes! i didn't lose any weight this week, such disappointment. instead of my usual 3km run, i went for 5.5km hoping to burn off more. yes calories in check and all tracked!

don't give up and hang on. it is indeed helpful to log in everything u eat. even the amount of water u drank. u can then perhaps identify which food item u can cut down progressively.
