Thanks for the electrolyte supplements! Would 0 calorie Gatorade work for potassium too? Since I heard I have to increase fluids now as well. Otherwise I might have to hit up a GNC

Update: so I got out of lease as stated before and was all set to move.. the roommate turned violent and started damaging my stuff. Even though I wasn't there ( I'm already half moved out). I filed a police report. Thank you so much to everyone who encouraged me to get out early. I do not regret it one bit!

I am as soon as possible. My new lease begins July 1, but my landlord is sympathetic and might let me leave middle of June.. so in like a week

I don't really have a schedule but usually something like this... wake up- eat immediately 1-2 hours later- large snack 11am-2pm a big lunch 3-5pm dinner (which some days I skip) and nothing after 3-5pm.

Only a lb or 2... but it seems much more because my weight will not go down when i'm bleeding. :/

I never really thought about it.. I just really like being thin. I guess for me it's automatic. I am naturally much smaller than most people, and when i gain 5-10lbs I feel motivated to lose it. which is where i am :)

Thanks guys... I'm already looking at apartments and going to speak with the landlord today regarding possibly taking my name off the lease so long as her name remains.. It's a big complex so i will see if they can transfer me to another unit, where I can be alone.

i've thought about this and theres an easy solution... they would drug test both of us. i don't do any drugs so i would test negative and she would test positive.

Hi! Thanks you have been so helpful! What resistance would you suggest on bike/ elliptical? I do keep at average 85-95 rpm on stationary bike but usually have the resistance set to 11-14/20 and on the elliptical resistance is usually 10/20 at a 6:58 pace. I'm crazy I know lol

Yes I mostly use my real bike...and when i use the stationary bike I cranked the resistance up.. I will stop for a while doing that. Now that I think about it the knee pain only began when I started cycling more.
