I know sometimes frozen berries works for me. They are sweet, and the frozen aspect makes me think it's like an ice cream treat or something.2

I looked at my wife the other week and asked "When did an apple become my dessert?"
But I did have a frosty last night.6 -
Dark chocolate (in small amounts)
Protein bars - I like the Kirkland ones that come in Brownie and Cookie Dough.
Popsicles or other small serving ice cream bars - often around 100 cal portions
If you're American, they rave about Halo Top ice cream.
Fruit.4 -
Sugar free pudding, sugar free jello, and sugar free Popsicles are all delicious and pretty low calorie! Sugar free jello is 10 calories per serving. Sugar free jello is 60 calories per serving, and sugar free Popsicles are 155

Ive been into home made "reeces" they dont taste like the real thing, but if you like peanutbutter i think they are great.
1/3 cup peant butter
1/3 cup almond milk
2 scoops of vanilla protien powder
Stir, put into cupcake wrappers and freeze.
Then i put a very small amount of melted chocolate on top. Around 125 calories 10 grams of protien, depending on the amount of chocolate and brand of protien powder.
Also maybe its just me, but plain greek yogurt, vanilla protien powder and chopped strawberries is as good as dessert for me. 370 calories and 50+ grams of protien.5 -
Oh, and hard candies, like Werther's Orginal or tic tacs. Give me a sweet taste, but it's only 20 cal for a Werthers. I can make it last for a while. I like the cherry coke tic tacs.3

I have a cheat day everyday.
Except, I don't call it a cheat day, stay within my calories, and still lose. Without guilt.
Many of those "healthy" desserts have more calories than the "not-so-healthy" ones.8 -

I see Americans rave about Halo Top all the time. I wish I was able to buy some where I live.
For me I've started making jello a lot. I have half a cup of it with whipped cream.
I like to mix a package of sugar free jello with fat free sugar free vanilla Greek yogurt (I replace 1 cup of water-the cold edition- with 1 cup of the yogurt) and let it set. Delicious.

I have a Yasso frozen yogurt bar or sandwich almost every night. 80-120 cals.2

Meringue cookies. https://www.vegetariantimes.com/recipes/crispy-classic-meringues They're only about 30 calories each. I also find that Quaker Corn Squares cereal will do when I want something a little more substantial. (Hitting my iron RDA is difficult and this helps.)1

If I'm craving dessert, I tend to go for Halo Top or Arctic Zero for ice cream.
Other than that, I go for frozen berries as is or in a smoothie with some protein powder.
Another alternative that I've done was avocado chocolate cake or dark chocolate.0 -

I wish they had it here in Canada Samething for Kodiak pancakes, another product that many Americans rave about.
Halo Top is okay for a low-cal ice cream. Between something like 240 and 360 cal per pint depending on flavor it's temping to eat the whole pint, which makes it a pretty expensive habit. I tried a couple of flavors, and have gone back to regular good quality ice cream, managing my portion sizes. Sometimes eating less of the real is better than a lot of the not so good.
Unsweetened apple sauce sometimes satisfies my sweet tooth, or dried fruit.3 -

It tastes better than regular ice cream for me. Win/win.0 -
40 calorie fudge pops!1

Almost every night I eat some vanilla Greek yogurt with a few dark chocolate chips or m&ms1

Fruit is my go to dessert but I've always loved it and don't seem to have as bad a sweet tooth as the average person.
I also make my favourite cookie recipes in bite size portions. I love seeing how many quarter sized cookies I can get from a single batch of dough. My record so far is 47. They end up being 65-85 calories a cookie depending on the recipe. The only downside is that then I have a Lot of cookies to annoy me in the freezer. (Must hide the calorie counted ones from sneaking fingers)0 -
HALO TOP0

I learned this from a lady selling diet cookies at the farmer's market: Cut your cookie, protein bar, fig newton or whatever into tiny squares, and take time savoring each piece.1

LARABARs are amazing, at least the peanut butter chocolate chip one, and it contains four ingredients -- dates, peanuts, chocolate chips and sea salt, 6g protein, 3g fiber. My other suggestion would be tea, if you like it. You can get some fun and delicious flavors of tea, including chocolate with zero or close to zero calories.1

I like Aldi's Fit & Active brand Chocolate Fudge Bar... 100 cal.. 1 gram fat.. 15 sugar.2
-
Optimum Nutrition Cake Bites/101

I was browsing the frozen section the other day and Nestle Drumsticks has something called "Lil Drums" they are the same ice cream, chocolate and cone, but, just in a cute little tiny ice cream cone size.
Anyways, vanilla is 110 calories, chocolate is 120 calories. They taste just like the originals, they are just really small.6
