Water water water. A sudden jump in numbers most likely is from water retention. Whether from hormones, food, salt, insulin spike, ect.. I've had water weight increase 4lbs in the last few days. Very slow going back down, but I know it's just water. My fingers are puffy and rings fit tight.

I eat anywhere from 1600-2000. My Fitbit and MFP app tells me I can eat 2500-2600? I jog/walk about 10-11 miles a day. I'm 5'4", weigh 113lbs. Doesnt it seem like it's off?
