That is a great idea. Always hated running and jumping. Think it aggravates the numbness. There's no pain unless I do something wrong or meet the PT. Strengthening the core would take a lot of extra work but might be worth it thank you.

Had a friend who'd eat tissues to fill his tummy cause he believed he would over eat and hated feeling hungry. He ate a handful of tissues before devouring a burger with fries and rinse it down with Coke.

I don't. I leave mine at the desk with the staff so they can answer if the school calls about the kids. Then I go do my workout and focus 100% on the weights without distraction from my phone.

I had the Metcons and thought they were great but they felt kinda clumsy on my feet. Felt like I had duck feet if that makes sense. I swapped to the Reebok Nano 7 and those are the best gym shoes I've ever had.

If you wanna burn some calories via cleaning, pick up that bar and do some real cleaning.. throw in a jerk as well and you'll be good. Don't bother counting house work as exersice. They don't burn that much.
