I'm a late night snacker, I love it. I'm not a breakfast person so that helps. Whatever calories I would have eaten for breakfast I eat at night  Currently snacking on a big bowl of popcorn topped with hot sauce instead of butter. My new favourite night time snack

Take it as a hit and go back to your usual routine. Don't starve yourself to make up for a meal you obviously wanted and enjoyed at the time. Life is about balance. Even if you have undone the whole week, it's one week.
-
Correct. If you know your TDEE and 1438 is under it than you will not gain weight this week but if you're eating more than you usually do then the scale might show a higher weight (water) even tho you didn't gain fat. As long as you are logging as accurately as you can and you know your average is for sure under your TDEE…

I haven't had a drink in at least 4 months because it's just not worth the calories anymore! lol I'd rather some munchies

Abs are muscles. If you do not grow them you won't see them. You're going to have to get this irrational fear that you're going to get "bulky" out of your mind. Women don't just get bulky. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1161603/so-you-want-a-nice-stomach#latest…

I am 100% addicted to petting puppies.

I totally agree. I had the mirena IUD and while it did it's job it ended up getting stuck and I needed surgery to get it out. I opted to not go on any form of BC after that. I hadn't had a period in 5 years and I don't think that's natural (well it isn't actually lol). So no more messing around with my hormones thanks. It…

Did you even read how many calories she is eating? She should be eating at least 600 more a day and NOT burning that off.

You made the broad claim "smoking is also a way to stay slim" when no, it is not. Clearly, if there are overweight smokers. ETA: I can't believe someone would even bring up smoking as a way to stay slim. That blows my mind.

tuna
-
Yea I smoked for a good 10 years and still gained 100+ pounds so no... smoking is not a way to stay slim.

Soooo Candy Bar was good. Nothing crazy special. But Sea Salt Caramel.... Oh my that is tasty. Wish I opened that one first. Only ate about 1/6th of each one so they are going to last a while but so far 100% worth the money. They were on sale at metro too! Score.
-
Bought the sea salt caramel and the candy bar. Going to try candy bar tonight
-
they don't eat the toast before bed
-
wow! congratulations!!

If you're calculating what you ate today like you're calculating what you ate back then then you are largely underestimating and need to buy a food scale now.

I had one person tell me I was fat and that was my grandmother, I started counting calories the very next day and here I am. Thank goodness for her bluntness, upset me at the time but hey, I appreciate that. The friend's mother also said, tiny is good as long as you're not sick... I'm 140lbs how the f... I can't anymore.…
-
A friend's father asked me if I was even eating. Honestly, it's really starting to get to me. It's like people think the only way to lose weight is to starve yourself.

jalapeno cheetos... ughhhh

Yes 12lbs makes a huge difference and the thinner you get each single pound seems to make a huge difference.

I don't use ideal weight. I very much agree that "ideal weight" is far more vague than BMI. That's what I was saying. And well, "ideal weight" calculators on the interwebs of course.
-
Mhm I never said it didn't? My BMI right now is 24.8. I was talking about ideal weight, what is suggested at my height and age, not the whole healthy BMI range.. I was responding to someone who brought up "ideal weight".

I second soda. Never liked the fizziness.
