This is my problem, too! If I really try I can stick to something for about a solid 2 weeks..and then I start feeling pretty good, and I let myself slip a little bit..and then I totally fall off the wagon. I don't know how I always allow this to happen, and it's like 2 weeks is the magical mark I can't get past. Feel free…

I am definitely in! Wine is also my downfall, especially when Friday afternoon hits. I can be great all week, and as soon as the weekend comes along it's hard to resist the urge to relax, have a few glasses and then your eating habits go out the window :(

I'm so confused now! Haha. She didn't say to completely disregard calories, but is what she's saying to track macros in order to keep track of where my calories are coming from??

We are pretty much identical in terms of SW, GW and height! Feel free to add me if you'd like, and we can motivate one another!

GIRL! I have the same problem. Feel free to add me so we can motivate each other. My "solution" right now is to try and stay under my calorie goals for the week if I know I'm having a few drinks on the weekend, so that I sort of saved the extra calories for it. If I start always saying no to it in an attempt to lose weight…

This time around I'm focusing on logging everything I eat. Before I wasn't doing it consistently at all, and though I was working out, I was likely just consuming all the calories I burned, and more, by mindlessly eating. I didn't think it could hurt me, because I was active 2-3 days a week in the gym. But no weight loss…

Yay! You've got this. Added you :)

I've gained approx 20 in the last year or so, since taking medication for depression and anxiety, coupled with poor food choices & a high stress career. I'm ready to stop wishing for a better body, and start working for it

Feel free to add me! I'm in a similar situation. A few years ago I lost 20 lbs, but over time and with taking medication for depression/anxiety I gained it back. Since the last time I lost weight I have started incorporating a lot more strength training into my workouts (I only used to do cardio). My goal is to lose the…

I struggle with staying motivated when I'm going through low points. What do you do to get yourself to the gym? Do you have any tips to fight through those feelings? I find that I have the hardest time wanting to do anything, let alone exercise!

Thank you for the helpful advice!!

I'm in the same boat. Recently re-joined the app, and would like to lose at least 15 lbs. I seem to have a habit of letting myself fall off track at some point, but really don't want to let myself do that this time! Staying motivated is the most difficult, especially pushing myself to exercise after a stressful day at work…
