Thanks so much, this is really helpful and I’m going to look over these links now!

What is progressive overload? And how can I tell if I’m completing that while working out?

I usually do 4x15 with the current weights. My long term goals are to be and look more fit. I already have pretty muscular legs and arms, but my glutes are lacking and I’d like to add some muscle definition there so that overall I look stronger.

I’m currently about 133ish lbs and 5’3...I’d say I have a fairly thin shape, but my stomach isn’t super flat/toned or anything. I’m hoping to get definition there so that’s why I didn’t want to gain any weight there.

These were really helpful responses, thanks guys! :)

The lighting in there is a little awkward. I can't even take a decent picture of myself in that room.

These answers all make a lot of sense. Last year I got to 130lbs by eating 1200 calories a day and doing mainly cardio. This time, I do a mix of cardio and weight lifting and I eat 2000 calories.

Hey there...another 18-year-old girl here! Eating so little isn't good for your body at all. But I understand, I used to do the same thing. When I first began to lose weight, I got too obsessed, and ate very little. Nine months down the line, I crashed and began to binge. It turned into a bad cycle of undereating and…
