Stop deflecting and post actual evidence other than your opinion. Once again. Because you think something is hard or easy to cheat doesn't mean that your anecdote applies to everyone.
-
Once again. Lmao. The only thing you said was they are easy to cheat and hard to get into. Nowhere do you explain what you mean other than your own anecdotes and opinion. Just because you're a slow learner or cheat on standard planks doesn't mean they are inferior. But let me go ahead and present a counter point along the…

Lmao. No you didn't you just said in your opinion they are the least useful because you don't like them.

Anything with 1,3 dimethylamyaline
-
Just do dumbell shoulder press for anterior deltoid head, side raises for the medial head, and cable rear delt flies for the posterior head
-
Planking strengthens your transverse abdominal muscle which is under the "6 pack" so you can't actually see it. It is very important due to its role in core stability and keeping a flat stomach.
-
No lmao
-
Just do the stair stepper, lunges and squats you'll get there
-
Lmao guessing your friend is trying to sell you that advocare trash?

Incorrect. The only reason that creatine is popular is because it is one of 2 or 3 legal supplements that will give you an "edge". Realistically 1-3 extra reps over a few sets is nothing. With endurance athletes athat require large bursts of energy such as soccer, football , sprinting and basketball every additional source…

I "workout" every day in that even if I'm not in the gym ok be jogging 2-3 miles and doing push-ups. When I go to the gym I'll pretty much do whatever I feel like doing that day. Sometimes I'll bench 2 days in a row, do biceps 3 days in a row if I feel like it. All that matters is linear progression in the weight your…

Copy and pasting my response from another thread, "It's basically useless unless you're and endurance athlete. It doesn't "build muscle" like people will have you think, it replenishes ATP which is your bodies primary source of energy. It also has a tedious loading phase of larger dosing. Basically $30 will get you maybe…

When you're lifting and people *Dont* ask to work in, they just mill around slack jawed eyeballing the bench press or squat rack you're using. Like Bro, get the balls to ask or just walk away but I don't need you watching me.
-
If by "most people" you mean people who don't workout or people who squat with improper form, then yes I agree
-
100-120 grans Honestly you can't really go wrong going a bit on he high side, 110-120 grams should be enough for both gaining strength and gaining muscle for your build.
-
Form looks good, can't see your feet but just make sure your knees aren't going past your toe. Maybe try and use a bit more hip drive coming out of the bottom but it looks very good.
-
How much do you weigh and how often do you workout per week? How long?
-
Absolutely
-
It's annoying when people don't have the common courtesy to leave 135 on the bar for you.
-
You don't even need to be taking creatine supplementation to have elevated creatinine though, post workout you have extremely elevated natural creatinine levels. My GP freaked out when he saw my blood test and forced me to see a Nephrologist despite me telling him it was negligible

Random rep #s ... just do everything for 15-20 reps and 3 sets, do bench, DL and squats for 8-10 reps 3 sets.
-
lol I use gloves. It's all fun and games until you forget to cut your calluses off and one rips off mid deadlift
-
Lol no. Nice car though.
-
ideally you want a BCAA high in Leucine, which is the most important bcaa because it triggers the muscle building process (mTor) https://www.nutritionexpress.com/article+index/protein/showarticle.aspx?id=807 Oh and it works too btw. And no you don't feel different unless you're susceptible to placebo

Hot

Diet is a bigger factor in weight loss than exercise, she could not be exercising at all and still lose more weight than you if she is running a larger caloric deficit.
-
lol unless your doing squats and lunges with your baby it's negligible
