What is the best way to create an exercise with the accurate calories burned. My example is most of my day I have an infant attached to my chest through my housework and walking. How could I determine the amount of calories I burn with the time... any information is welcome and helpful. Thanks!!!

It's not much more. I wouldn't count it.2

Best to include that in your Activity Level. So perhaps you wouldn't choose Sedentary.1

Use a walking calorie calculator that uses your weight and distance. Add the baby's weight to yours.
You'll find it's not a big difference. Maybe 8 more calories for a mile of walking.

I dont bother, I do a couple of hours walking a week delivering catalogues so I start with a heavy backpack and finish with no extra weight. Its pretty negligible over all.0

Just consider it a few extra banked calories for the occasional overage on your daily calorie budget. You know like those extra pennies you toss in a jar...
On the other hand, there are tons of fun and bonding excercises you can do, using your baby as a weight.

Wait until the kid gets older and still wants to be carried. It will happen. You won't burn many extra calories then either. But you will get stronger arms! :-)6

I walk 10K steps a day often carrying my 10 month old (who weights 18lbs) but I don't count my steps or carrying her as exercise, that's just my lifestyle. I do consider myself to be "lightly active". It hasn't helped me to lose any weight! I've still got 10lbs of baby weight to lose.
My arms are way stronger though, my bench press has definitely improved0
