I don't have an insurance company - I'm in the UK so on nhs, queue for free counselling is 6-12 months unless I go private which is expensive :(

I tried but they didn't get it cause I'm "skinny" :(

Eating out can be tough but there are workarounds. Option one is to order starters and sides as a main or you can sometimes order half portions. Option two: it is ok to OCCASIONALLY eat whatever you want in a restaurant as long as you stick to your diet the rest of the time. Ordering water instead of another drink with a…

Thanks for advice guys but I gotta get money before I can get counselling- if I want it free on the NHS the wait is months!

*that is to say, I have no idea what my weight should be

Just don't know how to fix it - I've grown up comparing myself to them, especially my mum and sister and they're both pretty much underweight and most of my friends say I'm skinny, especially at the lower end of where my weight can be - they've told me to gain weight before but I still feel fat a lot cause my family are…

Already did, sadly it's not fixable unless I avoid the majority of my family for a prolonged period of time. They pretty much think I'm fat unless I'm literally underweight (not a thing I easily achieve).
-
The other problem I get is if I set a target weight I inevitably end up aiming for my lowest non underweight weight but usually plateau about 7lbs above it and can't work out if that's bad or not

Try black coffee - it suppresses appetite. Water also works if you drink enough.

Could be thirst- hunger and thirst often feel the same. Try drinking when hungry, wait half an hoir or so and see if it sorts out. If you're craving sweet you could always have low calorie fizzy drinks - coke zero and such are pretty much 1 calorie a cup, taste sweet and make you feel fuller cause they're bubbly. Also some…

I tend to lose more if I don't have the extra calories from exercise, plus mfp is really bad for working out exercise calories - usually it's wildly overestimated
