  • @qweck3 thanks for your reply. Honestly, it felt like I downed a whole bag of sugar, felt bloated for an hour or so and really tired but now a couple of hours later I'm fine..it didn't spark any cravings for more cake I just really felt like I want to go back to my "normal keto diet" ASAP!
  • I have been in your situation and the only thing that worked for me is willpower and a lot of "NO THANKS I don't eat doughnuts, Not even a tiny bit or half"

  • Hi! I'm 5'2 and currently 110lb guess what...I still have a fat belly so I don't think loosing more weight than that is the solution unless we went to reach an unhealthy BMI soon! Good luck though x
  • I had the exact same problem but for me it was nearly 2 weeks. You know what fixed it? Magnesium citrate at night and one glad of hot water in the morning with turmeric on an empty tummy, and don't eat for at least 45 min after. Since then I've been taking 2 small prunes everyday!

  • I want to thank everyone for your replies. Reading your posts made me happy! It feels nice to have so much support and people who understand. I'm considering to up my intake of carbs slightly and see what happens, maybe give it another 2 weeks. You guys are the best!!! Thank you all!
