Day/Weight/Comment 10/30 10/31 11/1 11/2- late to this round. Will weigh in tomorrow am 11/3- 168.3 UGH. Highest I have been in a long while. This is what happens when I ignore the scale :/ 11/4- 166.8 This is H2O but I still feel a little better. Lots of housework and a lower body workout today will keep me moving :)…
