Yesterday I joined a Plank challenge to do 60 minutes of planks in 30 days. So far 2/2 days and almost 4/60! My cat encourages me by rubbing against my head and hip, then flops down next to me purring!

Awwww that is so cute, my cat encourages me when I'm doing push ups ... each push up I get a headbump as a reward and of course he goes into purr overload. it's either that or hes saying "oi you get me my food and stop playing"

I would like to join this challenge for some extra accountability. I've found myself much more lax with my food lately because I'm pretty close to my goal weight. My SW was 148, current weight is 121.6 and goal weight is 117ish (I'm 5'1). I'm starting a few days late but better than waiting for another 7 days to get going again.

10/30: NA but had a really good workout
10/31: 121.8-
11/1: 121.6-
11/2: 122.0- We still have a stash of kitkats and Reese's in the house, which is going to have to change tomorrow. It's just too tempting! I had homemade chicken fried rice tonight for dinner, so I might see a rise tomorrow due to the soy sauce.

10/30: 227.7/ Met my step goal today. Food choices were not terrible, but I did give in to the Halloween candy temptation.
10/31:226.6/ Doing okay today. I'm almost at my step goal, so I should get meet my goal this evening. But the food temptations! School Halloween party, plus a student's birthday, plus Halloween candy at home for my son!!! I have to resist!
11/1:226.3/ Did great on calories and steps today, if I stop eating now. I have a lot to do this evening, but that's when my munching temptations kick in. I may just go on to bed early to avoid the temptation.
11/2: 226.4/ Not so great with food choices today, but went over my step goal.

/Up by almost a pound. To be expected but still disappointing. Had a good day today. Under calories and reached 11,000+ steps. Only got in 48oz of fluid and 16 of 25g of fiber.

/(Posted on 11/1) Now a pound heavier than the end of Round 20. And today was a very bad day...drank two cocktails and two glasses of wine plus a ton of bad food. Well over calories and unable to log properly. This is the third day in a week of poor eating.

/This number really likes me! @quiltingjaine, you're totally right! I have to be patient. Ate under calories today. Clocked in 13,000+ steps including 34:44 minutes of running at 11:30 min/mile, which is my fastest yet. Unable to get 64 oz or meet fiber goal. I really struggle with water, fiber and protein goals. Fingers crossed for a dip tomorrow!

10/31 - 180.8 - I kinda sucked at eating well today. It started off great but then I ended up eating Halloween candy. I was still under calories but my sugar and carb intake was through the roof. And I didn't drink nearly as much water as I normally do. I'm expecting a gain when I step on the scale in the morning. Should only be temporary though!
11/1 - 179.8!! What?! Omg I am sooo happy to see the 170s! I hope it stays around.

11/2 - 180.2 - yep..that's the Halloween candy and pizza. Haha! I didn't eat very good today either so I'm sure there will be a gain on the scale in the morning.

GW - 218.0 ( i will lose most of this quickly)

10/30 - 225.1lbs - i fell off the wagon the last two weeks while on a road trip and put back on 10lbs -i earned this eating anything and everything!!! I know i will lose this quickly and more. Common November!

10/31 - 221.6 - buy buy salt and water and bloat!

11/1 - 219.6 - down down down. Survived halloween and only had 1 of each candy. 5 in total and tracked it all. Had yummy homemade pizza for dinner, half of it, but i didnt have lunch so im ok with this. No exercise today but will be going tomorrow.

11/2 - 218.6 - 3.6 away from.my.lowest. almost there. No exercise again but food was good. Planning for the gym tomorrow.
