    I also find it difficult to meet fiber goals on lower calorie/exercise days. On 1250 calorie days, fiber is nearly impossible for me to get in. Reluctantly, I have resorted to taking fiber supplements.

    However, I've been doing great on water intake since downloading "Water Drink Reminder" app. It sends reminders throughout the day, sets goals based on body weight (or set your own), and tracks progress. There's also Plant Nanny - more game-like, you have to log enough water to keep your plant alive and earn upgraded pots and seeds.

    I started in R: 14@226; current weight 217.1 for a total of 8.9 lbs. lost! These are my daily guidelines for the next 10 days. If it works out, I may keep them or tweek them until they do work!

    1.no sodas
    2.no bread
    3.no unplanned eating out
    4.drink at least 12 glasses water daily
    5.eat protein every meal
    6.reduce sodium intake
    7.get more sleep

    I've lost an average of 1.5 lbs. per round over the last 6 rounds! I'm going to see if these guidelines will make a difference in that average!

    You know I like this! First time in the 15s; just hope I can stay here or lower for the rest of this round! Today is my daughter's birthday, but thankfully, she is trying to stay at a healthy weight, so I should be alright even if we do go out to eat! :)

    Well, I can officially say, I didn't eat any Halloween candy! It's Nov. 1, and I'm back in the 16s for a min., but tomorrow is so totally another day! See you then!

    No exercise today! I'll be at it in the morning; going to be early, so I can get enough sleep! :|

    Now I wonder what happened? Do you think it was the pint on Halo Top Sea Salted Caramel I ate about 12:30 a.m.?
