I track everything I eat, from good to bad so I'm not In denial with my food, and I've been drinking lost more water,if had stayed the same I would be fine. But I'm disappointed with my gain.

I would suggest protein bars. High protein but low in sugar. They will fill you up Feel free to add me.

I've been advised not to eat the extra calories. So I put my exercise in late in the evening. Good luck on your weight loss

I stick to my calories but my PT said don't log your weight on the app otherwise it will keep giving extra calories.

I only have veg smoothie with pineapple, I add protein powder which keeps you full for longer
