  • It wasn't on the website either. And in your first response to my support case, you didn't mention the website at all? I appreciate this feedback and your follow up email.
  • They responded yesterday saying to look in the Settings/Diary Settings, lol. I'd specifically written that it's not there...not sure if they read my initial email. This time I took a screenshot showing that it's not an option and asked again if they had a resolution and will hopefully hear back in a day or two. I'll…
  • Me too. I posted here but also emailed them about it.
  • It’s definitely not a toaster oven. I have both and can attest that they’re different and cook differently. I love the air fryer for its convenience. Takes no time at all to preheat (3 minutes), cooks things evenly and always make the outer (whatever) crispy and the inside juicy/soft, etc. Bacon, burgers, fries, biscuits,…
  • No. Please don’t put words in my mouth and expand on my comment. There is debate, and there is drama. Let’s move on from the latter, shouldn’t even have mentioned it in the first place. I enjoyed the documentary and found a lot of it to be spot on from my own past experiences and talking to others (who’ve had illness,…
  • I came over and joined this group to get away from those posters above (and others). They post the same things in the general forum groups, create quite the drama, and do not follow this WOE. So why join here? This is really disappointing.
  • “Eat like a normal person....”. Seriously? Normal people eat low carb. So helpful.....
  • It was not rude. It was a logical question in trying to get help in figuring all this out.
  • They asked how tall you were. Not your age or weight. And way to assume and jump the gun!
  • English muffin topped with peanut butter and apple butter.
  • No to this. OP, you sound like you’re on the right track. You realize where your strengths and weaknesses lie and accountability can really help a person. Others, not so much, so it’s good to know what you need to help you with your own personal journey. MFP is not really geared towards nutrition and understanding…
  • Breakfast - coffee, cottage cheese Lunch - turkey sandwich on sourdough with leftover rice Dinner - scrambled egg sandwich on sourdough (its homemade from a coworker, to die for) Snack - toasted sourdough bread with a little peanut butter Not what I was planning to eat but I had to adjust accordingly. The bread is gold.
  • OP, I don’t have an answer for you either but you’ll do better and possibly find answers on other forum groups. This site is primarily for weight loss and you’ll find most people here don’t understand bloating, food allergies, etc. Thinking bloating is fluid is a perfect example. It’s not. And then others just respond with…
  • Breakfast - cottage cheese with grape jam Lunch - leftover chicken in a white wine mustard sauce over jasmine rice Dinner - pork roast sandwiches on italian bread (loaded with condiments) I just realized there's not a vegetable in sight.
  • Breakfast - hazelnut coffee and creamer Lunch - homemade chicken taquito and roasted butternut squash Dinner - beef and cheese empanadas with sour cream No snacks - saving all my extra calories for dinner! I make the empanadas from scratch and they are just so good.
  • Cast iron skillets, hands down. Dutch Oven Lemon/lime squeezer Cheese grater Coffee bean grinder / coffee maker Scale Use these just about every single day.
  • Beans - any kind Peas Carrots Salmon I almost gag when I’m near them sadly. Childhood trauma I think.
  • Then why would you even go into a post about Keto? Maybe don’t read it if you’re tired of hearing about it. Although I guess technically you did give your opinion about Keto.
  • Most definitely. A roast chicken (with skin) and a baked potato with sour cream. This meal always sits well with me. I’d definitely co wider it my go to meal.
  • Breakfast - coffee and creamer Lunch - leftover pot roast, jasmine rice, and roasted mushrooms Afternoon snack - cottage cheese with strawberry jam (mixed in) Dinner - scrambled egg sandwich, 3 slices of bacon, and a spinach salad with olives and feta cheese and a balsamic vinaigrette Late snack - either peanut butter and…
  • I really like cottage cheese and just tried the jelly/jam recommendation. Mixed a tablespoon of homemade strawberry jelly in with half a cup of cottage cheese and OMG. Mind blown - LOVED it. I have no clue how I haven't heard of this before now. So good. I'll have to try all the other recommendations now.
  • Breakfast - coffee, cottage cheese and tomatoes Lunch - Potbelly ham and swiss flatbread sandwich (out with friends at work) Dinner - hamburger and waffle fries, pack of peanut butter crackers, and 2 bourbons (so far) Not a very healthy day food wise and I can sure feel it. But everything’s tasted good.
  • Breakfast - pack of peanut butter & honey crackers Lunch - beef pot roast and jasmine rice Dinner - hopefully grilled cheese and tomato soup Snack - raisin bran and almond milk I'm sick so no cooking, just leftovers and simple meals. And cereal is my comfort food so I'm factoring it in tonight for sure.
  • Well the OP hasn’t chimed back in. I responded to this earlier on, and have to say my main thought overall is why the need to go out all the time? I love going out but I love staying at home too. Regardless of food. Is he not happy at home? I’m thinking this marriage is a little one sided without knowing more details.
  • If you’re in the US, you can an definitely eat for $100 per month for one person. I’m not saying you can eat whatever you want, or have extra treats or alcohol, but if you need to simply fill nutritional needs for one person, you can do it no matter where you are. I’ve shopped in Manhattan, NC, SC, Virginia, Vegas, and…
  • I can easily spend $100 per month on groceries (for one person though). It’s more if I include my husband. But for one person, it’s easy. This excludes household items like paper towels, etc. and alcohol. But for food? Easy. People should really, really find out when their local supermarkets put meat on sale. Since this…
  • Honestly, I’d ask him to eat at home more. I understand loving to eat out and try different places, but food can be just as good (if not better) at home. And if he wants to go out for the social aspect, I can definitely relate to that. Just find things to do that don’t revolve around food. I feel it should be an equal…
  • Pork belly tacos with sweet chili sauce. Really good.
  • I think she’s gone. I’m wondering who would believe they could lose a pound a day....not trying to be snarky either.
