I've been sick for what feels like forever with a virus usually only contracted by infants, so... witness my many failures, MFP friends!

Breakfast: sausage McMuffin, hashbrowns, iced tea. Yes. I did.

Lunch: will probably be raw vegetables and fruit with ranch dip and/or goat cheese.

Dinner: I'm thinking plain chicken soup (literally just noodles in chicken broth) and an early bedtime.

I am a truly spectacular mess, no? I hope all of you are doing better!

    Bummer, feel better!

BREAKFAST: Greek yogurt mixed with banana protein powder and strawberries. And coffee, of course.
    LUNCH: Subway Chicken chopped salad
    DINNER: Tacos!
DESSERT: Lots of carbs left and no fats, so Sour Patch Kids it is.

Breakfast - cottage cheese with grape jam
Lunch - leftover chicken in a white wine mustard sauce over jasmine rice
Dinner - pork roast sandwiches on italian bread (loaded with condiments)

I just realized there's not a vegetable in sight.

I hope you feel better soon.

My leftover situation got kinda out of control, so I'm eating multiple servings of a casserole from last week. Fortunately it's good.

Breakfast: Tofu and roasted vegetable casserole, coffee and cashew milk

Lunch: 2 servings of tofu and roasted vegetable casserole

Dinner: French onion soup, maybe a glass of white wine.

  • @avskk that all doesn't sound too bad, especially considering you're sick!

Breakfast: A scoop of protein powder with skim milk

Lunch: leftover veggie lasagna, baby carrots, plain Greek yogurt with grape jelly

Dinner: Not sure yet. Maybe nachos with leftover refried beans.

Snacks will definitely include banana bread, as I'm planning on making a loaf this afternoon
