There was a clearance in the workout clothes at khols (check it out. I went today FYI) and I actually found clothing in my size in the stack because I was just an xl instead of a 2 or 3x. $1.60 for t shirts and $3 for leggings! I got a few outfits.

Some people think eating clean is no sugar, vegan, and gluten free and everything organic. That's a lot for people used to junk. I personally am not eating clean and I try to cook as much as I can but counting calories has caused me to lose weight.

They say a lot of overweight people take advice of being super low calorie to start loss and end up sick and binging. Our bodies have to slow down or else it says we are starving. Look up what mfp says is safe for 1 to 2 lb loss and go off of that, which will probably be 1700-1900.

I gained .5 lb but my clothes acted like I gained 10. I'm in sweat pants because my lose clothes don't fit right. Uterus(es?) suck.

I'm glad I found this post. I need to take a before picture. :# I will say I've lost 3 lbs this week and my stomach feels flatter but it's because I'm not eating junk causing me to bloat. I'm sure next week won't be as dramatic.

By fats they mean healthy ones like in avocado, olive oil, salmon, and nuts. Not bacon. Lol fats help keep you full longer.

Not really. I've tried smoothies and oatmeal with cooked fruit and I get feel sick. I can have basically plain fruit with other stuff. I'll have to look into savory hot cereal.

I need to lose 67 lbs. I've lost 3 so far but I've just started. I don't actually have anyone in real life to keep me accountable. They all think it's fine. :( I'll love some friends on here. :smile:

I tried to make banana oat breakfast muffins. While I was prepping everything my daughter are one of my bananas to where I didn't have enough. I thought I would substitute some oil. It was so greasy I couldn't get them out of the pan.

It'll be different for everyone. My SIL gains and bloats during ovulation and I do during my period. You can track it for a month or 2 and know when it is. It's 80% diet and 20% exercise. Track your calories or join a points system and keep up. Exercise is important to make sure you are tone but it's mainly saying right.

I would look to see if you have enough vitamins and set your calories to maintain and the workouts will help you firm since you are a healthy weight.
