This is all valuable information! I appreciate the feedback and rest assured I will not be giving up my fruits, vegetables, and milk. I never thought about the difference between the natural and added sugar and now that I think about it, that's probably what they mean they say they cut out sugar. That being the case, I…

I don't plan to, believe me. I am just amazed at the people who cut out all sugar and gave those up.

Thank you for this invaluable wealth of information. I am working on upping my calories and I have been doing better with that recently. I still enjoy the occasional pizza now and again, I am not a savage, lol. What good is living if you can't enjoy the foods you love. That being said, the meals I have made recently, I…

Thanks! I will try not to worry about it too much.

I will keep this in mind. Thanks! I use one of those machines at the grocery store. Perhaps it has not been calibrated lately. Thanks for the words of encouragement! Thanks for the words of encouragement! That thought had not even occurred to me. Thanks for weighing in, no pun intended.

Thanks! I've been at this since June of this year. I've been make minor changes since the, trying to figure out what works best for me. I log everything I eat, and exercise at least 5 days a week cardio and strength training. When it warms up again, I will no doubt be walking at least 6 miles a day. I love walking and…

This is me, two years apart in the same shirt. For a long time my diet consisted of just buying a bigger shirt. I am not doing that anymore. I am down from 319lbs to ~227lbs depending on the time of day, My first goal weight is 200lbs and I started in June, so I hope to reach my first goal that by April 2018. Please…

What's your youtube channel?
-
Ok you look amazing and that shirt you are wearing in your progress pic is now my favorite thing ever.
-
Do you know what your lean mass vs body fat %?
-
This is awesome! It serves as further proof that if a weight loss is all about will and discipline and CICO. You are an inspiration to the older crowd here. A+++
-
What were your daily macro nutrient intake in grams, i.e., carbs, fat, and protein?
-
Thanks for the info, that clears it up for me. You have done a wonderful wonderful thing. Always remember that.
-
Thank you for responding! I apologize for having so many questions, but I am just trying to learn. I have to ask, what do you do about the loose skin when you wear pants? Where does it go? Sorry if this is too personal, please let me know if I am out of bounds. This is just something I know I am going to have to deal with…
-
You look great! I'm inspired to keep going! What size pants do you wear now?
-
How many grams are the people in this thread eating per day. My diary is open if anyone wants to take a look. I am constantly worried I am getting too much but I don't know how to cut back any more.
-
You got this. Anything is possible! Plateaus are not uncommon, just stick to what you're doing and you will be rewarded.
-
Thanks! Looking forward to it.
-
I would love to see a side angle pic of you with your shirt tucked. We have similar body styles and I need inspiration.
-
Awesome story, and I love the matching outfits in the second pic!
-
I am curious as to where you came up with this information. I am not doubting it, just wanted more info.
-
You remind me of Kari Byron from Mythbusters. Congrats on the weight loss, you look great!
-
This can't be correct. I just don't see how that's possible.
-
Start slower if you have to. Just remember, NO ZERO DAYS. If your goal is to lose weight, aim for NO ZERO DAYS. Even if you skip one snack or only do one push-up, that counts for something. Every single day do at least one thing that gets you closer to your goal. NO ZERO DAYS.
-
Isn't it more like 14 days?
-
Thanks. Makes perfect sense!
-
Please elaborate. The app in question is MapMyWalk, made by the same company that makes MFP.
-
Damn those apps were WAY off then. I'll be sure to leave that feedback in my reviews of them. You would think, with such a simple formula to calculate calories burned, they would incorporate it into their program.
