Oh really? Why is that.. I've just noticed if i have several healthy snacks instead of a sandwich or something more of a meal for lunch I can manage my calorie goals much better.

Once a week on Saturday mornings ..try not to weigh myself throughout the week because that way I'm more excited to see the results and have been disheartened by weighing more regularly

@goalpeace I rekon got some really nice brewerys popping up near me too... but its hard to find the calorie content. I guess you could estimate. I dont know the calories in bud light but should be alright as its light, hopefully. Coronas are not my style. Think you could do better than that ;P

Dont know where your from but i try to stick to low calorie beers. In australia i like pure blondes about 105 calories. Have a google and find a beer you like that will hurt less.

Pretty sure alll the beers and other alcohol is what made me put on the weight in the first place... generally speaking 3 beers a night is about 450 calories more or less.. that and the choccy and ice cream. I think that amount of skin should tighten up a fair bit with time definitely could be "worse" Although i havent had a baby so dont take it as gospel just seen others have this Congrats on the new addition

But if you had a 500 cal defecit every day and a 500 cal surplus 1 day it wouldnt make too much of a blow out, right?

Can you explain what you mean by that? So say you have a calorie deficit all week but then have a blowout or friday and get a surplus? I did exactly this this week and wasnt too happy with my weigh in after having take out for dinner

I think its more do able and entertaing if i switch machines. Why not do 15 minutes on the bike and 15 on elliptical?
