When you’re losing, how many calories do you eat?:)
-
What is WFPB?:) Sorry for all the questions
-
Are you more macro focused? Do you follow MFPs suggested macro count?!
-
If you don’t mind me asking. What was your starting weight?:)
-
Did you use the MFP recommended calories & macros when losing?
-
Thank you so much!

Thank you!

Well my coach is a huge macros fan and believer, she gave me those numbers so I just went with it! I started off higher in the beginning but we’ve lowered as my weight has dropped! However, I did notice it’s a lot less carbs and calories than the macros suggested for me on MFP and IIFYM website!

I really appreciate you being so helpful! I played with my settings & for not active & to lose .5 it had me at 1,660 but for lightly active and 1lbs a week it has me at 1,640. I’m thinking I will stay 1,500 the days I don’t work out & 1,600 the days I do, besides not measuring certain things, and over eating on Friday &…

Update: I’ve played around with my goal settings & I’ve changed my activity to “lightly active” and to lose 1lb a week which gave me 1,640 calories a day, when I changed it to not active & lose .5 a week it gave me 1,660 a day. My personal goal is to shoot for 1,500-1,600 a day! My goal is to not eat any exercise calories!

If I’m using Apple Watch 3, should I set my activity to not active and manually add the calories my watch calculates that I burn?? And eat half of that?
-
Thank you for the input! I really appreciate it! So I’ve always been afraid to eat exercise calories. So if I set myself to sedentary and earn exercise calories do most people eat those calories back or only some?

I’m not arguing, I was trying to clarify Incase what I said was misunderstood, after seeing the responses I understood what was being said.

*net calories. And my weekly calories are always under my goa!

That’s the frustrating part! I don’t eat back exercise calories during the week but I typically will Friday and Saturday at social events! My bet calories usually end up being 1,000-,1400 during the week! I did change my activity level to “lightly active” & that changed my calories to 1,640. When I tried not active it was…

I use my food scale and measure everything I eat :/
-
I’ve put myself as active! I usually get 10,000-15,000 steps a day as well as working out!
-
What app do you use to track your weight?
-
That’s why I quit doing cheat days, if I have s special event I’ll eat at maintainance
-
Thank you so much! I really appreciate the information! I’m definitely going to play around & see what works for me Using that!

Thank you for your input! I wanted to try out “cheat days” and honestly I’ve realized it’s making things harder! I decided to stop doing cheat days! I also add calories based off of my Apple Watch during workouts to manually put in calories! I do my best to not eat workout calories as well!
