I did not have a great experience with lexapro. Took it for two or three months and then slowly cycled myself off of it. Experienced headaches and other withdrawal symptoms.

Binge eating for multiple days in a row after several weeks of calorie deficit. I am heavier than I was a year ago before I started counting calories. I wish I had never started this. It’s created extremely unhealthy habits. I eat now when I’m not hungry or I don’t eat enough when I’m hungry.
-
I have been restricting them. Which I know that is exactly why I am binging now or should I say, had a binge. Never did this before I started my diet back in August last year. No, I know that I ate that much. I can eat a large quantity of food in a short period of time. Trust me, I know this isn't just water weight. I have…

Right now I’m 5’4” and I weight 150lbs. I can fit into a size 6 in Nike athlete clothes like golf shorts and pants but mostly wear size 8 because that’s all I have and clothes are expensive. I have to wear a belt with the size 8 though. When I got down to 143lbs before Christmas I could’ve fit into 4s if I tried.

I had a "refeed" or "binge" on Easter. I ate a lot of bad bad food that day, and its taken me longer than normal for my body to get rid of the water weight. I hold onto water very easily, so this isn't a big surprise. Just annoying. I feel like a fat slob but I know that I probably only gained 1-3 pounds of fat that day.…

Today I got almost 17,000 steps and MFP/Fitbit adjustment was +950 calories to give you an idea

I just take Potassium tablets, ill take about 400-500mg to balance out the sodium I've consumed throughout the day. I tend to retain water a lot, and taking the potassium has helped with reducing that.

College golfer here, I feel like a lazy slug if I don't get more than 10k a day. My average is around 17k a day

I could use more friends, add me!

Awesome ideas! I was also thinking I could add low fat cottage cheese to possibly make it creamy? I have never used cottage cheese before though.

Thanks guys! Good tips! Do you know if you could meal prep a batch of this and freeze it to eat later? Thanks!

Right now to lose a pound per week, my goal is 1320 plus whatever my exercise calories are. It's usually around 1600-1700 by the end of the day. My goal is 150, and a week ago I was 156 and this morning I'm 151.8. I didn't want to lose my weight that fast because I need the extra insulation through January/February :D I…

started at 143lbs. i ate everything in sight from thursday until tuesday. tuesday morning i weighed 158lbs. thursday morning i was down to 153lbs. Ill be happy if i see the scale move to under 150lbs, if not I'm not worried. Ill just lose it in janurary and feb.

I am in the same boat with you, ate like crazy for five days straight. so many cookies. so many. I'm still bloated and swollen, the scale went up 15 pounds and now I'm gonna wait to see what the real damage is after my body adjusts. oh well! it'll be my motivation too once the new year hits to get back on the bandwagon!

Background: student-athlete who is active and trains in the gym for strength (and partly for looks) I had a very bad case of mono November 2016 that lingered into December and Janurary. My throat swelled up so bad I was on a liquid diet for weeks. Temporarily lost my sense of taste and lost about 10-15 pounds within that…

Hi all, After going from 158 to this mornings weight of 142.6 - 15 pounds lost at 5ft4in tall, I have learned these new things: -cold, all the time. even when I'm home in Florida -my arms fall asleep a lot more when I'm sleeping on my sides or even my back at night -when I put my hands on my hips, I don't have a love…

@DISCIPLINEEQUALSFREEDOM i have a food scale and use it religiously

@RoxieDawn, I did that in October. I did the math old school, also compared it with two bod pods I did in September and October and found that the numbers are pretty consistent and correct within reason.

For what it is worth, when I started in August on MFP I weighed 158lbs and now I am between 144-148 right now.
-
Last weigh in I've logged was earlier this week. MFP gives me like 1740 calories to start to maintain but I've adjusted that to 1600 awhile ago. Maybe I am over eating, but I hadn't noticed a weight gain doing the same things before thanksgiving..?
-
I've been at this since August. The start of November I transitioned to trying to maintain weight but absolutely do not want to gain weight. I've had about 3 or 4 bad food days this month but the other days have been below my calorie goal.

I've been using my Fitbit for over a year now so it's nothing new. It's an Alta. I've been getting over 20,000 to 25,000 steps each day since Sunday along with weight training with my sports team so I've been burning close to 3,000 calories a day and sweating a crap ton. So even though I eat around 2500 calories a day, I'm…

I'm in maintanence. I binged today and just decided to log 6,000 for thanksgiving. I put away a lot a lot of food between 4pm and 11pm. Might have eaten more than 6,000 calories today but oh well. I over stuffed myself on the foods I only get to eat once a year and I'll be ready to snack on some left overs tomorrow and…

Chicken Stir Fry for dinner tonight. 375 calories! Canned chicken, 3 cups of frozen stir fry veggies, 1.5 cups of califlower rice, 100 grams of egg substitute, one clove of garlic, 32ml of teriyaki sauce and salt/pepper/ground ginger for seasoning!

Hi! My weight training goals for the end of the year is to squat 215 for three reps and bench 150 for a single. My body goals is to maintain my size (roughly) but gain 2-5 pounds of muscle!

Used Pasta Zero for spaghetti last night! Added some low calorie pasta sauce, canned chunk chicken, sautéed onion and garlic and it was so good! Very filling and around 500 cals for a huge bowl of noodles.

I recently had to go to TJ Maxx to get new workout shirts and crop leggings in a smaller size than normal for me. I think stores like Ross and Tj maxx are good options!

Ok! Thanks guys! I just haven't put my recipe into a recipe builder to see what the calorie count would be.. Ill have to do that and make it!!
