Week long Junk food binge

I don't know what triggered it, but it has happened. I probably gained 5-8 pounds. Back to where I started, ugh.
I need help with the 80/20 diet thing

    Have you been having some of these things as you go along or restricting them on a daily basis?
    Did you tend to do this kind of thing before you started your current plan?
    Do you really think you ate enough to gain that much or are you focused on water weight?

    I have been restricting them. Which I know that is exactly why I am binging now or should I say, had a binge.
    Never did this before I started my diet back in August last year.
    No, I know that I ate that much. I can eat a large quantity of food in a short period of time. Trust me, I know this isn't just water weight. I have new fat on my body that was not there last week.
    I think that I will restart tomorrow. I will attempt the 80/20 diet as much as I can. Eat what I crave but smaller portions and/or just one serving.
