Stayed in my calorie budget today and tracked everything. Also good on my exercise, I did some weight training at home today.

Taking my first pass day for the 6th. Woke up late and missed my orange theory class, forgot to wear my fitbit, and didn’t track any of my food. It was pretty much a mess all around, but I’m back on track today (the 7th).

Stayed under my calorie goal and tracked everything. Did a couple Yoga with Adriene videos for my exercise, which totaled out to be about 40-50 minutes.

Did good on my exercise today, I did an hour long class at Orange Theory Fitness. I tracked everything I ate and was well under my calorie goal. I feel you on this. <3 I’ve also dealt with depression and anxiety issues for as long as I can remember. It seems to come in waves for me and I always end up binging or emotionally eating throughout.
