@SUNNY613 I know it can be frustrating but hey you didn't gain. That is always a win in my book. Are you drinking enough water? Sometimes if I know I was OP all week but don't lose it is because I didn't drink enough water.

My WI day is Friday
My Goal is to lose 28 lbs by the end of the challenge, as well as continue to lift every other day with some sort of cardio on the days between (with 1 rest day from cardio a week) throughout the challenge.
6/22 - 238.2 lbs
6/29 - 235 lbs
3.2 lbs down, 24.8 lbs to go!
Have also exercised every day this past week. Ready for a rest day on Sunday!4 -

I would like to join. My name is Jackie and I'm a 5'5" female with PCOS. I've been on MFP for a couple of years but have not been consistently on for several months and I now exceed my I initial starting weight BUT! I am hoping this challenge will help kick start my focus back to my health again.

Alrighty! Lets do this! Just finished the other round and hit my goal of 15 lbs down in about 15 weeks! I set my goals to lose another 15lbs in 15 weeks which would put me at Thursday, October 4 - so this round looks to be about 13 weeks - I'll aim for a 13 lb. loss. I have given myself until 11/1/18 to lose the full 15 because LIFE, and my birthday is in October so I'm trying to set realistic goals. I much prefer to feel accomplished hitting those goals than beat myself up over missing an extreme goal. Hmmm...and I always have to remind myself that I can change these goals as my situation differentiates from what I'm expecting.

WI day today went awesome! I'm down 6.6# this week! This week I added in more activities and lots of water.
My goals this challenge
1.To loss 1# a week for a total of 13#.
2. I want to do my cardio videos at least 3 times a week.
3. Walk nightly starting at 1 mile and increasing a 1/4 mile each week. That would have me at about 4 miles by the end of this challenge.

I did not expect to be down 5lbs this week and weighed myself 3 separate times and moved the scale each time to be sure! This does seem to happen for me though, the first week or 2 I lose a good amount and then it decreases to 1-2lbs per wk which is always a struggle to adjust to. But I know that is healthy and sustainable so I just gotta be ok with it! I did not meet my exercise goal so I decreased it some, and I managed to avoid fast food and stayed within my calorie goal all but 1 day. Woot!6 -

No losses for me this week, but that's okay. Celebrated my son's birthday this week with cake, good food and wine and I didn't gain so much as an ounce thanks in part to two pure water-only fastings (one 44-hr and one 30-hr). Though the scales haven't budged, my jeans are more loose than last week.

Pounds to Challenge Goal = 20.5 (Aprox. 1.9 lbs per week)
Weekly Update: Last week & 1/2 the scale was not my friend. I completed all my exercises, logged everything, and was under calories and on target with my macros everyday and yet the scale would drop down and then go right back up to 165.8 again. I just stayed on track mentally and rode it out, it finally started moving again in the right direction and sticking. Total loss for last week = 1.3 lbs The thing that stands out the most to me over the past week is the word "mindfulness". I've been really thinking about being mindful of all my actions, whether they are food or alcohol related or more personal with how I deal with stressful situations or even in parenting my child. Being mindful of what I am doing and what outcomes could come from my actions has been very helpful this week. So I'm calling it a successful week! My weight loss so far is under where I need it to be to reach my end of challenge goal, so I am going to give it another 2 weeks and then re-evaluate my challenge goals on the 7/21 weigh-in.4
