When I combined pilates, cardio, strength and yoga is when I got in the best shape of my life, working to get back there. A balance of all these helps.

I have two mini-goals 1. To work my up to doing 5 miles a day exercise on bike or elliptical -currently at 3-3.25 miles 2. to get under 200 pounds, I've got 25 pounds to go!

Try getting ready with your other work prep the night before so you have more time in the morning. I don't have time barely to make my coffee in the morning,get my kids breakfast and get them off to school at 6:45am and 7:15 for my other two kiddos. I'm up every morning by 5:30-6am.

you need to fuel yourself more. your way too active to thrive on 1000 calories a day. No wonder your not losing weight. There are plenty of things you can add to your diet that will help you reach your daily goal and still be healthy for you.

If I cheat, I can easily let it get outta hand and therefore I just avoid it. If I want something now I just have a smaller portion or account for the calories and move on for the day. :)

I'm somewhat following the forks over knives eating, we do use some oil and the plan says not to use any oils. I'm looking for some friends that are doing Vegan, FOK or any non meat lifestyles to add me for support. thanks :)
