We have started around the same time with only a few kgs between us. I can't wait to be in double digits again, a few years ago I got down to 95 and kept it off for awhile... Mini goals are so much easier to deal with then looking at the big number... Not being able to do the thing you love would be hard but you will get…

That's not an easy one.. I used to eat and drink all the way up to going to bed and now I don't eat or drink anything but water after 8:30pm, it's not successful all the time but 9 out of 10 it is... Good luck with this goal hope you beat it... Start weight 121.5kg start date 18 September 2017 Current weight 114.5kg First…

Welcome and good luck with becoming a loser.... lol.... Most of us here want to be losers it's cool.... I learnt long ago if I only focus on the final number i would just go its to hard instead of focusing on how far I'd come... Breaking it down is far less scary and I like to reward myself because I'm a mum, wife,…

Had to go and get something from grocery store as I walked in they had lovely passionfruit melting moments so I picked up a packet, hadn't eaten, was annoyed and knew that would hit the spot but knowing it really didn't fit into any form of healthy eating (I was going to eat the whole packet I know!) I went and grab the…

Last week was a crap week with food as I was stressed and ate not the best, the week was topped off with a trip to the ER late Sunday night with hubby (all good now) and had to take the keys to the car off the 19 year old who has no respect... But my Little Victory for the week I logged everything I ate regardless of what…

I was feeling uncomfortable so I started to log my food because I have a bad habit of not eating more then once or twice a day and drank a lot of Coke... So I started logging my food, drink more water and less Coke....

You are owning what you ate. You just need to find what works for you and your body when it comes to sugar levels, I myself retain fluid and get told all the time you have to take all salt out of your diet to stop retaining fluid but if I do this my blood pressure drops to the point I will pass out as I have low blood…

I used to only focus on the end goal and I think that's why I failed so many times because it was alway so far away and I never looked at how far I had come. So a few year ago I broke it down to small chunks and lost 15kg and then life threw some curve balls in and I didn't lose anymore but I did keep it off for 18 months…

Steal away.... I did it last time when I lost weight and it helped especially the hair one because I have a few greys I wasn't allowing myself to get it coloured to I meet that goal, was hard walking past hair dye and not just throwing one in.. But I think I loved it a little more then normal because of the effort that had…

A few years ago I did weight myself every day for a month a few times a day to work out what was my better time and day it turned out to be Thursday at around 10:30-11am... I weigh myself once a week, do measurements every fortnight and take a photo once a month...

congrats on achieving the first 4 goals, I also agree it feels great when you achieve on of your goals... Just hopefully this time I won't gain it back again...

Mine are useless on a lead and if there are 2 people walking them only one person is allowed to hold both leads as they have to be side by side but then decide that they don't like each other and play fight... Nightmare to walk... My mother has a 11 month old one that when she has had enough walking just turns around and…

I do both because there are times I don't lose weight but have lost cms or inches.... For example about 18 months ago I had a gym membership and did one of their 12 week challenges first 6 weeks lost 5kg and about 10 cm and then at 12 weeks had lost no further weight but had lost 20cm, my poor PT checked both weight and…
