How often to take measurements?

Hi!

I have been trying to lose my 2x baby weight since April. I have been doing boot camp classes anywhere from three to five times a week. I haven't seen that much of a weight lose (~10lbs) and have recently started tracking my cals here (where I also discovered this community

    I weigh myself daily, full well knowing there will be many fluctuations and I track my measurements monthly. Measurements are just as important to track as scale weight.

    I weigh And measure myself every Monday because it makes me more aware of controlling what I intake over the weekend.

    A few years ago I did weight myself every day for a month a few times a day to work out what was my better time and day it turned out to be Thursday at around 10:30-11am...

    I weigh myself once a week, do measurements every fortnight and take a photo once a month...
