I have a new trigger... Being sleepy. I am tired now and want to eat everything in sight. I am only 230 calories to my goal and it is not even 5pm. Looks like I will be doing some exercising after I watch these 2 kids. I did eat a snack sized bag of Doritos... Make that 90 calories left.

I am sorry for the loss of your mother. I have found having access to easy to eat fruit and veggies is good for me. Also, refocusing before I eat is good. I have purchased some fruit and veggies to eat. It has helped. Also, taking deep breaths and relaxing some before I eat helps me gain focus and do as I should. Thank you for your comment.
