  • I make sure I have easy, healthy, protein rich food on hand after my work outs. I am often ravenous after a really good work out. :). Sometimes its a quick protein drink with some spinach. other times its a combo of nuts, a hard boiled egg and a small piece of cheese.

  • I just hit my second year in my "getting healthy" goal and recently amped up my workouts yet again and managed to even cut out refiend sugar this last Aug. Love me a night time snack attack every now and then too ;). Best of luck in your goals! You can do it!!

  • I suggest starting easy by just trying to log your food. Personally, I started to make my diet asjustments after a few weeks of using the app. Simpy logging in everyday is a beginners achievement. You'll get the hang of it in no time! :). Good luck, I bet you'll be awesome!
  • My breakfast smoothie is my go to for the morning 12 months a year... but I hear ya... makes me cold. Easy, healthy, and filling trumps making me cold.
  • I workout 5 days a week starting around 6 am. I always eat breakfast first. My first post breakfast snack is usually by 8 am.
  • my breakfast smoothie has been going on for years. That and a bowl of frozen blueberries with lunch or as a snack. My faves!!
  • I make variations of stuffed peppers which are filling and tasty. I also add beans and legumes to salads and home made wraps amd tacos. The stuffed peppers seem to be the lowest calorie meal... all depending on which ingredients use of course.
