help me plz

What should i do to get my goal done without choosing for example some food then discovering it's my goal in brotin but not in fats or carbohydrates .. And if it was my goal in fats so it's not in brotin. Can anybody help me to understand how to use the app the right way?

    I suggest starting easy by just trying to log your food. Personally, I started to make my diet asjustments after a few weeks of using the app. Simpy logging in everyday is a beginners achievement. You'll get the hang of it in no time! :). Good luck, I bet you'll be awesome!
