I can’t answer for OP, I hope they’re doing great though. I just stumbled across this thread because I was looking for success stories since I’m giving a vegetarian keto plan a go for the next two weeks, starting tomorrow. I’m pretty excited to see how it goes, since I’m a firm lover of full-fat, though I’m a bit concerned…

I stated exactly what I want. Free meal plan, Vegetarian, around 1500cal, plenty of protein. I actually thought that was pretty specific, so I was surprised that people thought that was a floaty, indefinite sort of request and asked what I like! I’m looking for new ideas and other than being vegetarian I’ll try anything.…

wow, I’ve got some serious negativity here! I was just wondering if anyone had ideas for somewhere I could find a meal plan that fits my needs, because despite your suggestions of ‘just google it’, google didn’t have any great answers for me. there seems to be stacks of meal plans for people who eat meat, but vegos miss…

Apparently I just needed to be told.. I read this, turned off the iPad and went straight to sleep 😂

It’s ‘lame but love it’. These are things I could happily eat every day until forever, but when someone asks what you’re having for dinner it really doesn’t sound that great.

my biggest tip for making it easier is to make your pool of meals a little shallower for a while. If you just have a handful of go-to meals (I actually have go-to DAYS that I know work) to start with, it’s easier to log them, and then you can start changing them up a bit at a time. Besides that, I’ve struggled quite a bit…

No, it’s not a stitch. I’ve been training at least three times a week for over 4 years now, so I’m sadly aware that nothing happens overnight except DOMS. I’m trying really hard to bring my core strength up to the pretty good standard of the rest of my body, but core is a tricky beast! It took me a really long time to even…

lots of sex - it’s great cardio :)

If that’s the best ‘protein’ bar you can find you need to get out of the lolly aisle!

So I’ve gone back through everything I’ve logged, and everything adds up (ie the PCF add up to equal the calories) within about 5cal.. But when I checked my diary again, by my calcs 115g of carbs, 44g of fat and 124g of protein should add up to 1348 calories, not 1503. I’m really not sure whats going on.. This is very…

Ooh.. I never thought of that!

Usually I go for a BSc low carb protein bar, they have a number of flavours that are pretty good, and Optimum Nutrition cherry protein stix are excellent, they’re like a cherry ripe. I just thought I’d branch out.. mistake!! people laugh at me for eating the same things for days on end, but look what happens when I change!

aww yis!! why didn't I think of that?? my freaking username is PB4Lyfe :D

definitely. 100 calories of olive oil looks like a very small amount when you pour it out.. that little drizzle is probably adding a couple of hundred calories to your meal, and that's enough to throw your numbers out

because I never thought of that. duh. *rolls eyes* *slams door like a teenager* *thankyou*
