How do you distract yourself when you know you’re bored, not hungry?
Because this is a real issue for me right now! It’s 11.49pm, and I’m lying wide awake, thinking about things I could eat. I do not need to eat, I definitely ate a good, balanced day’s worth of food today, but I can’t sleep and I want to eat because I’m bored!
