A structured workout program is key. Although, I can say from personal experience...even in my 20s back in the day when I was 154 ish.. I never truly had the "flat" tummy.. probably came down to diet though..

I attempt to get at least 7 usually bedtime 10pm, up by 5am.. doesn't always happen, but that's the goal

Agree with most ideas here... Get one if you feel it'll boost you're workout routine & if you're stuck. I usually stick to a workout program...but every so often it's good to check in with a 6 mo training block here & there.

Don't get too down on yourself. Moving to someplace new is always a bit stressful. I'd suggest trying to get back into a schedule & take your walks etc. You can do it !

Exactly what I was going to add. When one thinks of it as a "diet", it's the mindset of a temporary solution. Think of it as a lifestyle change & go from there. Try not to eat after 10pm too... Tough sometimes, I know!

Correct.. as mentioned, I try to be as accurate as possible to reflect the calorie count. Can be challenging at times though!

I alternate the elevations when I train on the 'mill... 1.5 to about 3... More if the race will have hills. I find the speed varies wildly depending on the brand of treadmill.
