For me, one thing i's still having a proper entertainment center (tape/CD/receiver/LP turntable). When now a days many people have Sonos or similar going thru a smartphone. Convenient yes, but looses the feeling of music I think...

I jockey between GNC & Bodybuilding.com.. most supplements I get, I've bought locally at some point. So ordering online is convenient & shipping can be free too! Just do what works for you.

I definitely fit in this arena from time to time. It's all about moderation & Cal in vs. Cal burned. Good to eat clean when you can, but I believe in "cheat" days too, where one can have what they want. If you start banning foods, it makes the whole process that much more difficult.

Welcome! Is definitely a challenge, but MFP makes it a little easier.. stay motivated & change up your routine to keep it fun !

Definitely calorie count. Comes down to intake vs calorie burn. 6 smaller meals per day (or maybe adjust portion sizes).

As others have said... Preference.. I had a Fitbit for like 4 yrs. Did well, but was highly inaccurate at times. Now have a Garmin forerunner 230.. does well & works with MFP. Just use what works for you & keeps you motivated!
