Also, do you type in "USDA" after foods to ensure more accuracy?

Watermelon!

So this is what I found....and it’s nice! 10 calories per serving with a nice sweet twang.
-
So I like chickpeas but I don’t like hummus. Is that weird?

I prep a salad the night before...super easy. I buy the bagged lettuce, cherry tomatoes, slice some cucumber, maybe add some nuts...then I use those little 2 oz disposable containers for dressing. You can even use raw cabbage instead of lettuce for a crunchy salad. Then add some protein like those tuna packets or some…

I think of it like a checking account. Imagine spending without knowing where the money is going or how much. There would be no way to reflect and make changes.

Oh yes, I've tried this and forgot about it. It IS good!
-
OMG that sounds so good!
-
Ok I’m going to look for bolthouse...
-
It also is bad for your tooth enamel...

And I like what you are saying here too...I can do this for 21 days... And this approach may work for you too...as long as you are mindful. Maybe keep a paper journal or a google docs...

So yesterday I logged about 3,000 calories. I hated doing that but I did it anyway. Today I’m looking back at yesterday’s data and figuring out how I can make changes. I think this will be the data that helps me improve...and I can only reflect on data if there IS data. So now the goal is to log, reflect, make…

Ok yes I love all of this....I always want to quit my diet or not work out...but then I'm telling the kids all day to keep trying and redo your work. I don't want to be the pot calling the kettle black.

8th Grade Math Teacher...this will be the end of my 18th year. Oh...and I just ate 3 oreo truffles and a few bites of cheese cake brought in for Teacher Appreciation Week. It's like...hey...teachers you should eat and get fat! :D

Salt and Vinegar Almonds by Blue Diamond....so delicious.
-
Whaaat? I'll be looking for these!
-
I read some of your blog. I love it! Thanks for putting that out there.
-
This is helpful too...there's no way to see trends or data or even know what's going on if I quit every time things get difficult. In fact...I ate 3 truffles today and my first thought was to just stop...but I logged them and I'm moving along.

Can you tell me some of the podcasts that you listen to? I love podcasts and I listen to them while I walk. I already listen to "Half Size Me" and "Primal Potential." I love both of those...oh and Phit to Phat.

Yea, I think another problem I have is that I get frustrated because the weight doesn't come off super fast...I must get used to the loooong sloooow process...
-
All good advice. Thank you. I’ll just lg no matter what.

Quest bars- these two flavors: birthday cake and s’mores. The white chocolate raspberry is good too if I’m in the mood for that.

I've struggled with this too off an on. You might try a different logging approach and try to figure out triggers and reasons why you binge...Maybe try a food photo app with a journal option like "You Food" or "Ate." Instead of concerning yourself with numbers, you can reflect on when, where, and why you are eating like…

Cashew butter is heavenly! Next up my favorite is vanilla almond butter, and then all peanut butter is delicious to me.

Eat a lot of non starchy vegetables like broccoli, kale, Brussels, and cabbage. You can eat a large volume of these and still be t a deficit. For breakfast I usually eat 2 eggs and about an ounce of almonds. This keeps me full. Also, unsweetened Greek yogurt has a lot of protein and is filling for breakfast. And I totally…
