Hi Y'all! SW: 285 CW: 245 GW: 180ish. This is the weight I like to quit at. Hiss. Apparently I fear success... for myself, not for you! :p Go gals!

Haven't ever seen water listed as anything but water.

. When you look at the ingredients and there are more things you cannot identify than can... it is rubbish. You can expand it from there.

I look at a picture taken of my backside while bending over to pick up a ball.

As far as what to do in the pool (since everyone has so brilliantly covered the getting in without embarrassment part): Everyone is different, but I found it helpful to start by getting in and just swimming freestyle for a while and mixing in other strokes for variety. Stop when taxed. after a few times of doing that or…

You look fabulous! And only 2.5 wks out? Wooo! Smart of you to wait 9m. You had a nice butt under there! Way to go with that weight loss. I saw your before and after pics a while ago and was awed. Glad you still have your face dimples!

I do keto because my doc recommended it. I also do intermittent fasting. I do 2000cal 5 days and fast (500 cal) 2 days. I feel good, I have lost weight and my bloodwork is markedly improved. I have lost 30 pounds. No thinking. Meat and veggies. I am going to keep doing the diet even after I lose all the weight I want.…

An interesting article on your very problem. You are NOT alone.https://drjockers.com/endorphin-deficiency/

I will be rooting for you! 30 more pounds and you are closer to 300 than 400. I do keto too. I hope it works for you to help with your insulin. If you feel like it, go have a look at Jason Fung videos. Very insightful.

Anti Keto people. Calories in . Calories out? How then does this work: One month average calorie intake with all things not premeasured and calories specified or weighed. All things recorded on MFP. Calories in:1623. Average daily calorie burn over same month 4724 (per fitbit). Calorie calculator for calories in calories…

Well actually ATP is the sole source of energy for us. Insulin: http://diabeteslibrary.org/function-of-insulin/ . Not all humans use calories normally. If you are interested in one abnormality, consider those with diabetes. Not all people can keep a healthy weight by merely abiding by CICO. If you can maintain a healthy…

You could read their books or look at the scientific evidence based on human body response. Could being the operative word.
-
Except with all things with the human body it is never quite as simple as it seems. I used to eye roll and tell people it was simple math. No more.
-
Fitgoat - I was so much like you. My first month on Keto I was so emotional about not having serious gut problems. I felt human and full of energy. And no farting. If I fart I am sort of shocked. Seriously. Fart talk. Whew. Happy convo.

Have you looked into the possibility of a sensitivity to shelled seafood or dairy? My husband has a shelfish allergy wherein if it is even slightly undercooked his tongue swells - but also he gets such terrible mucus in his stool for like a week. I have trouble with dairy. Too much and I am in serious bowel trouble. I am…

It isn't all about calories. It is about insulin. If you don't care how others lose and keep off weight WHY diss them so hard? Maybe you are the misinformed one. How's calorie restriction working for the vast amount of people out there?

I tell people I sport my parka 24/7. They don't believe me. 115 degrees gets mighty toasty under my 40 below flesh colored knee length puffer.

I like these. https://landsend.com/products/womens-active-yoga-pants/id_212716?sku_0=::BLA I order a size down because I prefer them a little tighter than the model. They are thick and bullet proof strong. You can wera flowered underwear and sweat like crazy and nobody is going to see what's on under there. I have had my…

Over two years I logged my meals and dieted faithfully and lost almost 100 pounds. Got within 6 pounds of Onederland. I stopped logging thinking after 2 years I knew what I was eating. I gained all but 15 pounds back.
-
Holy moly 517 people all trying for onederland! I asked to join. If you are too full, I understand. Good luck ladies!

You are looking so good. I bet it feels terrific to have your middle going down (that looks like where you have lost the most). I wonder how long you have been working at it, how long you had the weight on and what your favorite thing is being 70 pounds lighter. Also along the way your favorite or most surprising NSV.…

Pretty great you weren't bullied. You never had a health class where they discussed ideal weight and what is good to eat in what proportion? I spent a lot of my 20's wishing things in the past were different. That outcomes might be better if only... but in truth, I think there is a reason for each and everyone's path in…

You are so inspiring. What determination! More than the lovely pictures is that you have changed the course of your health. How empowered you must feel. Still trying to get my mind around 2600 miles hiked. The things you must have seen. Congratulations wonder woman! :)

I usually can lay my phone on top of my stomach while reclining on a chair so I can type on my computer. I just set it there and it slid off onto my lap! Now I guess I will put it on my chest. I know that is sort of sad and small but, none the less - NSV!

There are some that actually make you gain weight (and not just feel hungry and therefor eat more). If you are eating at a deficit or at maintenance (carefully recording everything over a few weeks of taking the meds) and are gaining, you have to tell your doctor. He/she may be able to try a different medication. I see…

I would want to tell her, but wouldn't. People can be so utterly ticklish about any person giving them any sort of news that might disturb them that I just keep my yap closed. If I know them, I would tell them at the end of the day (or session) that I could see thru their pants. If she wore them again, she probably is OK…

I make an egg/bacon and cheese casserole and then eat it for a few days (you can microwave it and it tastes good. There is a website calledhttps://kalynskitchen.com/ She has tons of low carb recipes. That is where I got the breakfast casserole. Also - dietary cholesterol does not make for hi blood cholesterol. Good luck.…

If the meatballs are just comprised of meat, you can weigh the balls and use a "broiled ground beef (or whatever meat), nutrition information.

I like those (I eat them). I also eat a piece of avocado. It has carbs, but lots of good fats and offsetting fiber. I also buy good cheese and eat an ounce or so. Have you tried Wisps? They are so good, but salty. They have a good crunch. I also sometimes like cucumbers. They taste so good to me since going keto. I…

If she is pully and it bothers your arm, you might want to try a Gentle Lead. When my dog was young (yet big) she basically made sport of trying to pull my arm from my socket. A gentle lead nipped it. It is this little halter that goes around their muzzle (loosely) and connects to the leash. She tries to veer off straight…
