I personally feel like they’re all looks and no taste 🤷🏻♀️

I love this! I grew up just eating meat, potatoes and bread (Portuguese) I want to love produce and have come along way, but when I look up recipes I get overwhelmed with the amount of work/ingredients. I need easy recipes in order to add it to my life. I love making vegan nacho cheese that is made by potatoes and carrots.…

Hi there, I’m new to this group  I’ve always struggled a binge eating. There was a time I had it under control and felt amazing! I want to go back to that feeling, but once I became a mom I gained more purpose and lost control! Why can’t I be that mom that is too busy to eat lol??? -The kids always want to snack,…

Sorry I’m new... how do you find this group?

Agreed, I attended an Arbonne party to learn about the products and it was 1 hour about how much money I could be making... nothing about the actual product. The sellers keep saying they’re all natural, but their ingredients aren’t listed anywhere on the product. Their “natural” products smell like fruits and perfume, if…

I work at an office in the maternity ward, I get tons of treats from overjoyed families. As long as I don’t touch it I’m fine, as soon as I have that one bite...it’s all down hill.

I’m also trying not to care what others think, I get shy about turning away free food. I’m not overweight and people think because of that it’s okay for me to eat junk food. I get “why not? You’re so tiny!” I’m tiny because I bring my own lunch lol!

I pack my own lunch, I usually bring a wrap with chicken and veggies or a pita with pizza toppings with a lot of veggies

5’1 I weigh 115 pounds and fit in size 0-4 depending on the brand.

I hated veggies, my family rarely ate them and when they did it was tasteless and over boiled. My husband loves them and kept trying to get me to try them. Eventually I started to enjoy them, but not being used to eating veggies I was so bloated and sick adjusting to these new foods. Now I’m fine and my body adjusted.

I haven’t had my period in years, but it wasn’t to do with weight. I have too much testosterone, my only worry was trying to get pregnant and thankfully I was able too :) I’ve spent 16 years on birth control trying to regulate it, but I felt more unhealthy on the pill having a period than not having it.

I’m a mom with a full time job, cook, clean and the only way I can work out is at home. Once kids are in bed I set aside 30 mins for a quick work out. I have dumbbells under my bed for my nightly work out

I feel you! I’m an office worker on the maternity floor at the hospital and patients are always bringing us treats to celebrate and thank us. It’s always a struggle and now that I myself is a parent I find that it’s getting harder to avoid because I’m always thinking “I do so much, I’ve earned this treat” once I give in...…
