I also eat a very clean diet, watch the amount of carbs and sugars I intake. I eat mostly lean proteins (chicken). I can send you a sample of a little meal plan that I use. I get told that I need to stop losing weight from people at work. My goal is to lose another 30 pounds, this would be considered a "healthy weight" for my height. I try not to pay attention to them because they clearly have no idea what they're talking about.

Thanks for the advice all! I think it's a mental thing. I am scared to eat because I think it will add the pounds back on. I know it won't, just in my head I am scared. But with the cals that I burn will help maintain it. I appreciate the help!
