    I'm in! I am a little down that I am doing this again, I lost quite a bit of weight before and gained 30 lbs back. So here I go again, only now I am older and the BC I'm on seems to causing me to lose a bit slower. Plus side I quit smoking since last time I lost weight so exercise has been easy.
