Thanks a lot!

When you find you're engaged in something which makes time almost disappear, food is the last thing on your mind. I find when I'm not busy, food is a frequent thought.

I've opted to forgo sugar this lent. God give me strength.

IMO it's okay to log for the rest of your life if you're okay relying on something other than yourself to be healthy.

Honestly it can be anything as the days change. My ideal break-fast however is an omelette with spinach, peppers, ham, chicken and some chilli.

Have patience. You won't get to your goal overnight. It's a process of learning new habits and discarding old ones, that takes some time. On the bright side, your new way of thinking eventually becomes second nature when you stick with it long enough. Success will come so effortlessly. Please do not starve yourself. That's…

It's not a race. One day or multiple days eating more than usually doesn't give you licence to throw caution to the wind. Overeating is apart of being human. You just continue on like nothing happened.
-
That's about the norm for me. Nothing new here.

There's zero comparison  edit: there's water in paint. Very hydrating...
-
Nope. It's tasty yes but comparing coke zero to fruit and vegetables is just silly.

You can drink it, sure, but i wouldn't say i'll make it a regular thing in my diet because It's a nonsense drink at the end of the day. It does absolutely nothing for my body but please my taste buds.

Change is within your reach. Well done for recognising your current set up is longer serving you. One thing I'll say is to avoid making so many changes at once. Start off with what you can manage and build from there. You wanna incorporate new habits and build a sustainable life on that. All the best!

The best cause of action isn't to never be exhausted or stressed because that's unrealistic. You need to acutely disassociate nemotionsfeelings with wanting to eat. Understand these negative feelings is your bodies way of interacting with you letting you know something is up. That isn't a call to stuff those feelings down…

Strike a balance between eating at a calorie deficit and eating the foods that satisfy you most. There you have sustainability. Your diet like a tailor made suit needs to be tailored exactly to your liking. No one else's.
-
What's causing you to screw up exactly?

I have to agree with this. The mindset of punishing yourself for wanting perfectly delicious food is just wrong. For me I may decide to make a healthy version of pizza instead using wraps of course. But when the desire to eat a genuine pizza is tugging at me and im simply just gonna order it and eat it till I'm content. I…

Unusually shoot for 140g at the bare minimum. I never followed myfitnesspals suggested ratio. I know what satiates me best and leaves me full of energy. I also stay away from protein shakes. I'm testing to see how far protein from food can take me albeit I'll be eating slightly less as opposed to with protein shakes.

This isn't the best approach to viewing your nutrition. From the above sentence, the context in which diet is used implies you're participating in something that'll eventually come to an end. I would like to impress upon you to view your new way of eating as a lifestyle change and no something to "get off". With that being…

How many calories are you eating? What does your diet consist of? Do you work out and if so what do you do? How much sleep do you get? Edit: Just saw 1,700.
-
We can agree on that

How about contentful joy? Happiness is so fleeting.

Wonderful, wonderful job. This is no small feat. Countless people fall by the wayside but you wanted it bad enough. Good for you! I especially liked the warrior analogy. You're totally right there lol. I'll be following your progress because I believe you will indeed get to your goal. And like @travistocktoad said, you…

Not to be too graphic but a bowel movement would do nicely. I keep telling myself I'll never eat beans again but the suckers are so damn good. Too bad my bod ain't a fan of them.

Just goes to show everyone is different. Do you have your doctors clearance to workout just yet? Edit: Sorry, my bad, congrats!!

OP is clearly wrong in her assessment of CICO but there's no need for pettiness.

I'd suggest you stick to a set time. That'll remove willpower eventually. The more your workouts are all over the place the less likely you are to gain momentum. That and some discipline. How bad do you actually want this?
