I hadn't give that category much thought, but a good weight maintenance range for me would be around 120 to 125 lbs. And oh my god, just simply posting on here once a week helps so much with my goal to maintain my weight loss. This is so amazing!

Gosh, thank you for asking about the uncomfortable office wear. And to be quite frank, I'd rather go to work in home clothes, but don't think walking around bra-less in an oversized night gown with socks and slippers would inspire much confidence at the office. So, I wear collared shirts, pants, belts, boots and formal…

I am now 127 lbs! I feel more fit than I have ever been in the past 10 years. I lost 2 pounds this week, weighing in at 132 lbs., when I checked Friday, yesterday, October 12. Physically, I am feeling more energetic. I can do more squats easily, taking only 15 to 17 minutes to complete 100 weight-free squats, which I do regularly, compared to last week when that took close to 20 to 25 minutes. In…

This recipe is for when you need something fast and indeed bland. The latter is a compromise. I still love the taste as it is!

Do you mean BMI instead of weight? You could have the same BMI as your partner and weigh more than them. I've dated women that weigh more or less than me but we we're always around the same BMI.

Wow, so many beautiful, strong legs on this thread! That's one of the reasons why squats are amazing for leg workouts. I myself do 100 bodyweight squats every other day. I've just never gotten into lifting weights consistently, but wow yeah!

Love this! And to add on, we all feed our cravings or have a sweet tooth for something really sweet every once in a while.

First, put tuna, tomatoes, onions, spinach, and black pepper on a 6" honey oat bread. Toast that. Take it out of the oven. Then add swiss and american cheese.

You don't have to lift anything but your body weight to have lean muscle definition. Pull ups, push ups, squats and basically regular body weight resistance exercises/calisthenics alone could easily help you build lean muscle definition in 3 months time.
