    Nothing impressive. I'm a cardio queen. :(

4 x 6 reps at body weight or a little more (145-155). Almost all my strength comes from biking/swimming, but I'm trying to strength train more.

So jealous of you all, although my numbers were never amazing I was squatting 80kg while weighing 67kg. But now my marathon training has really ramped up I can't do the heavy lifting and still recover so I'm doing 50% 1rpm for volume with all lifts. So only squatting 40kg for 3x10.

    27. 178lbs, 5'8.

My max (in both gym and competition) is 110kg / 242lbs.

My last working sets I did on Monday were 6 sets of 4 at 82kg / 180lbs.

Wow, so many beautiful, strong legs on this thread! That's one of the reasons why squats are amazing for leg workouts. I myself do 100 bodyweight squats every other day. I've just never gotten into lifting weights consistently, but wow yeah!

I compete in 84kg. Gym best is 145kg, on the platform, 135kg.

But since I’m a bench specialist these days, I typically do between 85-100kg depending on how I feel.

Did the 100 squat challenge with a 25 lb kettlebell. Not fun.
I can't squat super heavy (disc issues), but manage 115 lbs easy for 3x12. Heaviest I've ever gotten to was 135 before having to back off.

I unfortunately have two bad knees and a bad back. One needs to be replaced but I'm too young and have to wait. Squats actually help my knee but I can't go crazy. 5'7", 168 lbs. I've been doing 105x10x4, modified, can't go too deep either. Can't even try for a one rep max which makes me sad.

You ladies are awesome! I've been lifting for 4 years and my squats have not progressed in the past 3 years. My other lifts are getting way better, it's so discouraging!
    At 5'3, 115lbs my 1RM is 155lbs

Either you form is bad and/or your volume is too low if you are not progressing.

i usually work in the 80kg range for 5 sets of 8-10. but i've been having some issues with hip impingement recently and have backed off to the 70kg range and have decreased volume along with adding more accessory work in.

    i'm 5'4 and 122 pounds.
