I think it’s been considered anything below 12%, go for the bulk for males so you’re in that zone! You’ve spent some time at maintence and likely are comfy with your current look. You could bulk but with the end of summer coming.....haha I always consider external factors

Thank you for this. I guess for now I’ll just eat as I please and see where that takes me. No worries, I have gotten down to 103lbs and felt just awful so I don’t want to go down anymore!!

Thank you! I don’t have much ‘cutting’ to go! I’m only 108lbs and I’m lifting really hard and getting plenty of protein. Just feels like the results are not coming.

I am optimistic you are right. I’ve added more protein during the day and it does make a difference. But it’s also waking up in the middle of the night feeling like I NEED FOOD to sleep. I am trying my hardest though. Survived last night. Now on to another.

I would really like to stop night eating. I have fallen into this bad habit again and it makes me feel very unhealthy. I haven’t seen too much of a change on the scale yet, but I can tell it’s coming with a long, slow, trend line up.

i just had some duck breast (not common for me) from the oven. meh it was OK. so real reason i started this thread was b/c essentially, my mom's definition of red meat was chicken breast so i grew up not eating much outside chicken breast, salmon, shrimp, and ground beef....literally that was it. so glad you all came back…

Full body MAPS Anabolic was killer after the extra leg day i added yesterday. still got almost 16K steps in today too with 8 mins of core

Said this before but the only pie worth it is pumpkin pie and the only cake worth it is cheesecake but an exception to both these rules is pumpkin flavored cheesecake.

Funny you ask this. I don't think I have the greatest hunger signals....my stomach sometimes doesn't feel funny but I do get brain fog. When my mind/thoughts are moving SLOWLY...it's time to eat.

MAPS full body, but I was not able to hit the same volume as last time. Next round, I will attempt that volume again so If I cannot make it, I know I’m not recovering in time aka that volume is too high and I should decrease.

Day 2 MAPS Anabolic, but I lightened deadlifts a lot. The program doesn’t have a ton of legs so a quick HIIT training on lower body this afternoon. 15K steps.

Keep going. I am the same exact as you in 2018. I year of just lifting and maintaining diet, I dropped 2% Bf. 2 years later, dropped another .5%. Keep grinding.
